Counter Notification
If you have received a DMCA copyright infringement notice from BISTRO BUDDY and believe your material has been removed due to an error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter notification must include substantially the following:

BISTRO BUDDY cannot and will not judge the merits of your claim (or counterclaim). The procedure set forth herein is the exclusive means to address copyright infringement notices and counter-notices.
