BISTRO BUDDY - AI Assisted Content Disclosure Rights Agreement
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use when submitting text, images, video, audio, code, research or marketing material created or materially modified with artificial intelligence tools. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Disclosure. The signer must accurately disclose material use of generative or automated systems in producing the submitted work, including synthetic media, cloned voices, generated imagery, automated research or machine-produced code.
Human responsibility. AI output is not accepted as self-verifying. The signer remains responsible for accuracy, legality, safety, originality, permissions, claims, citations and suitability of the final material.
Privacy and confidential information. The signer must not input BISTRO BUDDY confidential information, personal data, access credentials, private contracts, customer records or protected materials into an AI service unless specifically authorized and appropriately safeguarded.
Rights and likenesses. The signer must avoid deceptive impersonation and obtain necessary rights for names, brands, copyrighted works, voices, faces and likenesses used or simulated in the material.
Review and labeling. BISTRO BUDDY may require human revision, source documentation, AI disclosure labels, provenance information or removal of content that presents legal, factual, reputational or platform risks.
License and records. Any license otherwise granted for submitted content also applies to disclosed AI-assisted elements to the extent the signer has authority to grant those rights.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
