Services Return Policy and Cancellation Agreement
BISTRO BUDDY offers a broad spectrum of digital, creative, and technical services tailored to empower businesses across various stages of growth. Our services span from web design and development, domain management, digital marketing strategies, content creation, to advanced analytics and reporting. This policy outlines our framework for cancellations, refunds, and modifications, ensuring our clients understand their rights and obligations when engaging with our services.
General Terms
Non-refundable Services: Due to the custom nature of most of our services, including but not limited to domain purchasing, DNS management, security services, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, all sales are considered final upon commencement. We commit significant resources to initiate these services; therefore, they cannot be refunded.
Modifications and Cancellations: Requests for service modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing via support ticket. The ability to modify or cancel a service is subject to the specific terms outlined below for each service category.
Specific Service Terms
Domain Services (Purchasing, Leasing, DNS Management): Given the regulatory and logistical complexities involved, these services are non-refundable. Clients may transfer their domain services following the completion of any contractual period.
Drone Videography and On-Site Services: Cancellations must be made no less than 7 days before the scheduled service date to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%. This accounts for the preparatory work and scheduling commitments.
Content Marketing, Creation, and Consulting: Services cancelled prior to the commencement of the project will incur a cancellation fee of 50%, reflecting the initial resource allocation and planning efforts.
Subscription-Based Services (Web Hosting, Email Marketing, SEO): Subscribers can cancel at any time; however, refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle. Changes in subscription levels will be applied to the next billing period.
Event Promotion and Organization: Due to the extensive planning involved, cancellations must be communicated at least [specified period] in advance. A [specified amount or percentage] cancellation fee applies, with exceptions made on a case-by-case basis for rescheduling.
Custom Projects and Retainers: Custom projects and retainer-based services are subject to the agreed terms within the individual contract. Early termination may result in a pro-rated charge or forfeiture of the deposit, as detailed in the contract.
Incidental Protections
Limitation of Liability: BISTRO BUDDY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection to our services provided.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold BISTRO BUDDY harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of the client's use of our services.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in [jurisdiction], in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules.
Amendment and Notice
- Policy Changes: BISTRO BUDDY reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through support ticket.
Acceptance
By purchasing or using any of our services, clients agree to be bound by these terms, ensuring a mutual understanding and agreement on the process for cancellations, refunds, and service modifications.
