Massive Crowd Gathers for New Britain’s 4th of July Great American Boom
The 2025 Great American Boom in New Britain went off with a bang—literally and figuratively—as over thousands spectators filled Willow Brook Park and the surrounding area for what many are calling one of the most successful Independence Day celebrations in New Britain’s history.
This year’s event, held on Friday, July 4th, brought together families, friends, and visitors from across the region to celebrate America’s birthday with music, food, and a breathtaking aerial fireworks display. The skies above New Britain lit up in a grand finale that left the crowd cheering long after the last shell burst.
