We are seeking talented and passionate food and drink content creators to join the BISTRO BUDDY Food and Drink Network. We are looking for creative writers, bloggers, and journalists who have deep knowledge and love for the food and drink scene in their city. We also want to work with videographers who can create stunning video content that showcases the beauty of local food and drink. Additionally, we need photographers who can capture the essence of the dining experience through their lens. If you're a social media influencer; a podcast host, or any other type of food and drink content creator, we would love to hear from you. We are also interested in working with creators who can cover food and drink events such as festivals, tastings, and other gatherings. We are looking for people who are committed to promoting local food and drink and who are excited about the opportunity to be a part of a thriving community of like-minded individuals.

BISTRO BUDDY Subscriptions Policy

At BISTRO BUDDY, we offer flexible subscription plans to cater to the diverse needs of our local food and drink establishment partners. It is important to note that subscriptions to BISTRO BUDDY services are non-refundable. However, we provide our subscribers with the freedom to cancel or change their subscription plans at any time.

If you decide to cancel or alter your subscription plan, please be aware that changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. This approach allows our partners to enjoy uninterrupted service until the end of the current billing period, which is determined by the type of subscription plan you have chosen—monthly or yearly. We encourage our subscribers to carefully consider their needs before making changes to their plans, ensuring that the choice best fits their business strategy and requirements.

By subscribing to BISTRO BUDDY, you agree to these terms, recognizing that your commitment, whether monthly or yearly, allows us to continually support and empower the local food and drink community with our platform's robust features and services. Processing Payments

PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY requires you share your full name, address, and payment information with Braintree (a service of PayPal) and Kount for the purposes of processing payment.

Sending Emails

PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY requires you to share your email address with Google WorkSpace, Hubspot, Mandrill (a service of MailChimp) for the purposes of sending you PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY transactional emails such as receipts, renewal reminders, and password reset emails. If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter, we'll share your email address with Mailchimp or Hubspot for the purposes of sending marketing emails. These 3rd party services do not share, collect, or sell your information other than our purpose of processing emails.

Registering Domains

PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY requires you to share your first and last name, organization name, full address, email address, and phone number with OpenSRS or Enom (services of Tucows Inc.) for the purposes of registering and managing domain name(s). Some domain extensions require additional information such as citizenship or unique identifiers.

Added Services

PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY requires you to share your first and last name, organization name, full address, email address, and phone number with cPanel, WHMCS, Cloudflare, DigiCert, Weebly, Open-Xchange, CodeGuard, SiteLock, SpamExperts, Marketgoo, Sendinblue, and another possible 3rd party organizations for your specific business needs.

Providing Customer Support

When you interact with our customer support team, any information you provide may be captured and stored in Hubspot.

PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY Civil Subpoena Policy

Enom’s Privacy Policy prohibits the release of customer or account information without express permission from the customer, except under limited circumstances such as when necessary to comply with ICANN’s whois publication requirements or when required to comply with law or legal process properly served on Enom or one of its affiliates.

Valid Subpoenas

If you seek the identity or account information of an Enom customer in connection with a civil legal matter, you must provide Enom with a valid subpoena. Valid subpoenas are those issued by (a) any Canadian federal or provincial court; (b) any Danish court; (c) any German court; or (d) any U.S. federal court. Enom will not respond to subpoenas or analogous discovery mechanisms, issued by courts outside of the jurisdictions listed due to the inherent difficulties in validation.

Background Documentation

Enom reserves the right to request a copy of the complaint and any supporting documentation that demonstrates how the Enom customer information is related to the pending litigation and the underlying subpoena.

Submission of Subpoenas

Due to the COVID-19 situation, Enom employees have been encouraged to minimize work-related contact. Expect severe delays for physical mail.

Notice to Customer and Response Time

Upon the receipt of a valid civil subpoena issued by an appropriate court, Enom may promptly notify the customer whose information is sought via email or mail. If the circumstances do not amount to an emergency, Enom may not immediately produce the customer information sought by the subpoena and may provide the customer an opportunity, within the response time provided by Enom in the subpoena, to move to challenge the subpoena in court. Enom reserves the right to charge an administration fee to the customer by charging the customer’s Enom account.

Fees for Subpoena Compliance

Enom may charge the person or entity submitting the civil subpoena for costs associated with subpoena compliance. Payment must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Enom invoice. Checks should be made out to Enom, Inc. Enom’s subpoena compliance costs are as follows:

• Research – $75.00/hour
• Federal Express – Cost as Billed
• Copies – $.25/page

Policy Regarding Email or Other Electronic Communications

Except as required by an order in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2701 et seq. issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, Enom will not produce the content of email or other electronic communications.

Reservation of Rights

Notwithstanding any of the above, Enom reserves the right to challenge the validity of any subpoena or otherwise move to quash or take such other action to secure an order from the relevant court that Enom is not required to respond to the subpoena.

Modification of Policy

Enom reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in its sole discretion.

You agree that our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement, is solely limited to the amounts you have paid us over the last twelve months.

PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY and its directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and third-party providers, ICANN, and the applicable registries shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of the services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Loss or liability resulting from errors, omissions, or misstatements in any and all information or services(s) provided under this Agreement
7. Loss or liability resulting from the interruption of your service

You agree that we will not be liable for any loss of registration and use of your domain name, or for interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
