The Guilford Agricultural Society is a nonprofit organization based in Guilford, Connecticut, founded in 1859 to promote agricultural heritage, education, and community engagement. As the producers of the annual Guilford Fair—one of the oldest continuously operating fairs in New England—the Society fosters local involvement through 4-H and FFA exhibits, livestock competitions, artisan showcases, and cultural programming. The Society’s work centers on preserving rural traditions while creating inclusive, family-friendly experiences that educate the public and celebrate the region’s farming roots.
