North End Farmers Market – Hartford’s Midweek Market with a Mission
The North End Farmers Market serves as a vibrant, community-rooted gathering space every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, June through October, at the corner of Coventry Street and Terry Square in Hartford, Connecticut. Designed to improve food access and celebrate urban agriculture, the market features a rotating lineup of locally grown produce, fresh herbs, baked goods, and handmade products from Connecticut growers and makers.
In partnership with local organizations, the market promotes public health, food justice, and small business growth—especially among BIPOC farmers and vendors. With a strong focus on equity, the North End Farmers Market proudly accepts SNAP/EBT, helping ensure that healthy, affordable food is available to everyone in the community.
More than a place to shop, it’s a weekly hub of culture, connection, and nourishment, right in the heart of Hartford’s historic North End.
