At the 2023 Connecticut Taco Festival, visitors can indulge in a wide variety of mouth-watering taco creations from some of the best taco vendors and food trucks in the state. Vendors will be serving up a variety of flavors and styles, including traditional, fusion, vegan, and more.

Some of the featured vendors at this year's festival offer their own unique twist on the classic taco. Visitors can also enjoy a range of other Mexican-inspired dishes and sides, like chips and guacamole, elote, and churros.
