Join ConnectFairfield to support Operation Hope at The Italian Kitchen for an evening of Mozzarella Making, Wine Swap and Dinner. This unique event will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Italian Kitchen located at 1700 Post Road in Fairfield, CT.

The evening will start with bread and olive oil along with olives followed by a fresh salad. You will then have the opportunity to make your own fresh mozzarella and enjoy it served with assorted Italian cured meats and imported cheeses. The main course will consist of Penne Vodka, Eggplant Parmagian, and Chicken Marsala. To top it off, dessert and coffee will be served.

This is a BYOB event, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to share with others. There will also be a wine swap where you can trade your wine with other event guests.

Tickets for this exclusive event are very limited, and priced at $65.00 per person. Dinner will be served family-style at a communal table, providing a unique and memorable dining experience. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Operation Hope.
