Join us for the 2023 Podunk Bluegrass Festival!

A celebration of all things bluegrass in Goshen, Connecticut!

Overview:

This year marks the 26th anniversary of the Podunk Bluegrass Music Festival, and we're thrilled to present one of our most outstanding line-ups yet! As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, Podunk Bluegrass Music Festival Inc. aims to promote and preserve the rich tradition of bluegrass music. All contributions, less benefits of a certain value, are fully tax-deductible in accordance with the law.

General Information:

The festival kicks off on Thursday, August 10th, with the Telefunken Band Competition, followed by two action-packed days of incredible bluegrass performances on our Main stage, including a Gospel show on Sunday, August 13th. In addition, we have Regional acts and workshops scheduled throughout the weekend on our Housatonic and Litchfield stages.

What Else Is Happening:

Camping is available on-site with or without hookups, or you can purchase day tickets. Join us for a series of free workshops, traditional crafts, jam sessions, and indulge in a variety of delicious food and drink options. We haven't forgotten the little ones - there will be a dedicated children's activity area and a kids academy to spark their love for bluegrass music. And don't forget to bring your instrument for some late-night picking sessions under the starry sky!

Rules and Regulations:

• Wristbands must be worn at all times.
• Tents and umbrellas are restricted to the rear of the concert area.
• No unauthorized selling allowed; please support approved vendors.
• Designated parking areas are available for cars.
• No bicycle riding or wagons in the concert area or on the midway, and no bicycle riding after dark.
• Overnight parking in the parking lot is not permitted. Cars will be towed.
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
• Absolutely no fires, except for charcoal grills for cooking.
• We apologize, but dogs are no longer allowed at the festival.
