- 6:00 PM: Derek and the Funbags at the International Food & Stage
- 7:00 PM: CONNetic Energy and Sister Funk perform on the Green and Center Stages, respectively
- 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Demolition Derby in the Motorized Events Area
- 9:00 PM: Fireworks display
- Friday, September 27:
- 9:00 AM: Fair opens with a full day of activities, starting with the Beef Cattle Showmanship at Cow Palace
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Sewing Demonstrations by the American Sewing Guild in the Needlework Building
- 10:30 AM: Performances by Paperhouse Productions and Bill Benson on the Center and Green Stages
- Throughout the day: Numerous music performances, demonstrations, and children’s activities across all fair areas
- 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Figure 8 & Demolition Derby in the Motorized Events Area
- Saturday, September 28:
- 8:30 AM: Dairy Cattle Open & Junior Show at Cow Palace
- 9:00 AM: Goat and Sheep Shows begin
- 10:00 AM: Pony Pull at the Pull Ring
- 10:30 AM: Remy Adair and Star Dancers perform on the Green and Center Stages
- Evening: Headlining performance by 38 SPECIAL at the Main Stage
- Sunday, September 29:
- 8:00 AM: Ecumenical Church Service at the Green Stage
- 9:00 AM: Horse and Swine Shows start
- 10:00 AM: Brave and Common on the Green Stage; Pair Draft Horse Pull at the Pull Ring
- 12:00 PM: Monster Truck Show Meet and Greet in the Motorized Events Area
- Throughout the day: Final showcases, interactive activities, and closing ceremonies.
