Becky from the Hometown Explorer here with Bistro Buddy at Hindinger Farm. We're here with Liz. So Liz, this farm has been in your family for generations, right? Since 1893. My great-grandfather bought it then, and it's been passed down from generation to generation. My brother, my mother, and myself currently run it. That's awesome. And it was your great-grandparents, right? Correct. So you guys are actually here because you're having an event today. You've got the RGB band today, and they're a favorite for the spring. You know, they always come in June, and we love to see them. We love to have events because some people don't even know about us that we're up here on the hill. So we'd like to have vendors come; we like to have food trucks, and it's a nice community event. It's nice and mellow; everybody's having a good time. No, this is awesome. And you've got a couple of other events lined up for the summer, right? I have two in July, two in August, September, and then finally, our Fall Fest in October. It's all right there on our website, hindingersfarm.com. All right, awesome. And you guys also do a CSA, which is a Community Supported Agriculture program here. So can you tell us a little bit about that program? Well, it's 22 weeks, and it runs from June till right before Thanksgiving. It's a great way for us to not have to borrow money all winter, so it supports us through the winter. And then people get delicious fruits and veggies for 22 weeks. It's great. We're not quite filled up, so we could prorate it if people want to join now, because we're into week two of our CSA, and people come and pick that up every week. Yep, every week they come, and it's all fresh from the farm, seasonal, and it varies week to week. Absolutely, yeah. And we do one switch because if somebody doesn't like kale, which a lot of people don't like kale, they can switch it out. That's awesome. All right. Well, thank you so much for taking the time to talk with us. Yeah, that's very nice of you.
