So we're here with Chef Plum and Chef Nick Callas. So tell us a little bit about this show and what you guys are doing here this year. Chef Plum: So Nick and I just met outside. We heard this was a convention for Preppers and aliens, so we're excited to be here this year. We're hoping to see some spaceships and maybe look at some meteorites. We're really excited to be here. Thanks for having us. Chef Nick Callas: That sounds about right! Isn't that next weekend? No, listen, this is the 20th-anniversary Sun Food and Wine Fest here at Mohegan Sun. It's one of the best events of the year. All of us chefs look forward to it. It's like a big family reunion. We all work so hard, and we don't get to see each other as much as we'd like to. This event, we all get together, we all hang out. We just did a demo on stage here with the Coke stage with Chef Nick. Made a beautiful salmon. Buddy was great. This is absolutely the hands-down best event of the year. We look forward to this one. We're texting about it in October. Mohegan Sun Food and Wine is the place to be! Becky: Awesome, guys, thank you so much. That's it! That's all you got to say, Nick? Chef Nick Callas: Yeah, I know, this is the highlight of the weekend. Honestly, getting to meet all the chefs, take pictures, and, as you know, Chef Plum said, everyone has to be there for that event. The food is amazing, and I think there are 12 of us doing pork belly, so it'll be kind of like a pig roast, but it's fine. Chef Plum: Well, it's funny because, like I said, I wanted to do pork belly because I was like, 'Ah, no one's doing pork belly this year. I'll do pork belly.' Right? And I get here, and everybody's doing pork belly! But pork Nick's will be delicious, mine will be delicious, they're all going to be amazing. Highly recommend if you come to this event. The dining round is where it's at. And don't have breakfast, okay? That's it. I've been warned. What do you do here? Becky: What do I do? Yeah, what do I do here? Well, I'm going around talking to people. Who've you talked to so far? Chef Plum: Not many people. Oh, why not? Chef Nick Callas: We haven't. Well, we got here a little bit late. We went down and took some shots of the display they had going on down there. We talked to some of the breweries. We got to talk to the knife guy. We talked to another wine guy.
