Becky from the Hometown Explorer here with Bistro Buddy at the Sunwinan Food Fest 2024. So we're here with Tia Litchfield from Litchfield Distillery. Tia, tell us a little bit about the business. So we are Litchfield Distillery out of Litchfield, Connecticut. We are one of the first distilleries; we've been here since 2014. We use all Connecticut grains, mostly corn and barley, and we use everything from Connecticut, like I said, from farms and fruits. We have a variety; we mostly focus on bourbons, but we also have vodkas and agaves and ready-to-drink cocktails, which we have a few today. Well, what did you bring with you guys today to showcase? Today we have our straight four-year-old bourbon. This is 70 percent sweet corn, twenty-five percent rye, and five percent barley, nice and sweet on the palate, nice finish, that is our regular bourbon. We also have agave spirit, which is actually a tequila, but we get the agave from Mexico and we rest it in our bourbon barrels for three months, so it's a nice smooth finish; there's no tequila kick. That's delicious for sure. And then over here, we have our ready-to-drink cocktails. These two are with bourbon; we have Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, which is my favorite, that is a must-drink, and our Cosmo, which is nice and smooth as well. This is odd corn, and it has some cranberries. It smells into lime, milk. Does it smell gas? Not too sweet, it's refreshing. That's really good, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's one of my favorites too for sure. No, it's good, yeah, it's not too sweet at all, nope.
