- HOLY SMOKES! This guy's not playing around!I bumped into the Holy Smokes Food truck at the Milford Food Truck Festival and let's just say it totally lived up to all the hype! We tried the BBQ MAC & CHEESE with Pulled Pork. I have to say the line was long due to the high demand on a hot beautiful day but they kept it moving quickly. I would have waited at least 2x that long for that quality. You can tell they've been doing this for a really long time and love what they do by the smile on their faces as they greet and serve you!
