Calle Mexico was born on May 27, 2015, in the heart of Leduc, Alberta. What began as a humble dream soon transformed into a vibrant culinary adventure. With a modest Edmonton food truck nestled in the parking lot of the Chamber of Commerce in Leduc, Calle Mexico emerged as a beacon of authentic Mexican cuisine in the community.
