Established By Nick And Happy Smith In 1987, It'S Known For Its Barrel-Fermented Chardonnay, Proprietary Blends Seaport White And Triad Rose, And Other Wines Like Riesling And Cabernet Franc. The Winery Incorporates Traditional Methods Of Barrel Fermentation With The Latest Winemaking Technology. Mike Mcandrew Has Been The Winemaker Since 1988, Producing Award-Winning Wines. The Tasting Room Was Renovated In 2014 And Now Offers A Warm, Inviting Atmosphere For Wine Tasting. Stonington Vineyards Produces 6,000-7,000 Cases Per Year And Sells 90% Of Its Production From The Tasting Room.
